凡尼拉杯子蛋糕-/VANILLA CUP CAKE


喜欢制作杯子蛋糕, 因为成功率很高, 所以鼓励新手们先从制作杯子蛋糕入门, 然后慢慢精进升级。。。

 I like making cup cakes because the successful rate is high, and their looks are appealing...

很容易制作的基本款杯子蛋糕:

基本材料:
1.   自发面粉 - 300g Self Raising Flour/Tepung naik sendiri
2.   牛油 - 250g 或 8oz Butter or Margarine
3.   梵尼拉细砂糖 - 160g Vanilla Sugar/Gula Vanilla
4.   蛋 - 5粒 Eggs/Telur ayam
5.   冷牛奶 - 180ml Cold Milk/Susu sejuk

做法:
1.   先冲泡180ml 的牛奶 (150ml的温水 + 2大匙的牛奶粉), 把牛奶放入冷冻室降温
Prepare 180ml of milk and let cold in the refrigerator. 
Sediakan 180ml susu dan biarkan sejuk dalam peti ais

2.   先把牛油切成小块和细砂糖搅打至牛油发白(大约5~7分钟)
Cut the butter into small pieces, beat with vanilla sugar until fluffy (5~7 minutes)

Potong buter kepada ketulan kecil dan pukul bersama gula vanilla sehingga kembang







3.   逐个加入冷鸡蛋(先存放在冰箱门的鸡蛋格最少2小时)
Add in and beat the egg one by one

Tambah dan pukul telur satu per satu sehingga sebati






4.   加入冷牛奶, 搅拌均匀。
Add in the cold milk, beat until just combined.

Tambahkan susu sejuk dan pukul sehingga sebati
5.  分4次加入面粉, 轻轻搅拌。
Fold in the flour in 4 batches

Gaulkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit (dalam 4 bahagian)

7.  把混合料放入纸杯内, 放大约3/4杯的分量。
Fill the lined cups 3/4 full.

Masukkan adunan dalam acuan kek yang sudah beralas cawan kertas sebanyak 3/4 penuh cawan.

8.  把烤箱预热至180度C, 烤20~25分钟至蛋糕熟及上色(时间是根据烤箱的型号和热度作调整), 途中(大约18分钟后)把烤盘调头, 避免蛋糕表面上色不均的情况发生。如果你用9号的纸杯, 只需要烤18~20分钟。

Bake at 180 degree C for 20 ~ 25 minutes (for cup size 11) until the cakes beautifully browned.( The length of time depends on the model of your oven. (Turn the position of your tray after 12 minutes or so to get your cakes evenly brown).  Bake for only 18 ~ 20 minutes if you are using cup size 9.

Bakar pada suhu 180 darjah C selama 20 ~ 25 minit untuk cawan saiz 11 atau 18~20 minit untuk cawan saiz 9.  Pusingkan acuan kek di pertengahan  masa supaya warna kesemua kek yang di hasilkan jadi seimbang.
